Speakers and staff often need new portraits during the same week as a meeting—without leaving the building. This is a portrait session inside a convention hotel, not a hallway grab during a keynote.
Why the Gaylord needs its own plan
The property is large: more than 500,000 square feet of meeting and exhibit space, multiple ballrooms (Potomac, Maryland, Cherry Blossom, Woodrow Wilson, RiverView), and long walks between levels. Atrium glass is useful and uneven. A dedicated room with controlled light beats posing people in the garden atrium.
Reserve the portrait room on the banquet event order. Do not assume an empty foyer will stay empty.
