Planning notes for DC venues
- Hotel and museum houses limit footprint, tape, and lighting. Share the booth dimensions with the venue before the photographer arrives.
- Convention Center and arena rules differ from a Georgetown restaurant.
- Backdrop, step-and-repeat, and “open” booth setups need different light. Say which one you booked.
- Put must-have groups (board, honorees, sponsors) on a list at the station.
