Same-day delivery means a contracted set of edited images lands the night of the event—or within a few hours of wrap—so communications can post, email, or brief leadership before morning. It is not the full gallery. It is a short, usable edit pulled forward.
What same-day delivery includes
A typical same-day set is a tight selection:
- Keynote or honoree frames
- Branding and room context
- A handful of networking or donor conversations
- Any official grouping that was on the timeline
File size and count should be named in the proposal. “Everything from today” is not a same-day product.
When it is possible
Same-day delivery works best when:
- It is booked in advance
- Coverage hours are known
- One person is designated to receive the gallery
- The event is a single venue or a simple two-room flow
- You need highlights, not a complete conference archive
It is harder—and sometimes not available—when the program runs late, spans two buildings, or is the first day of a multi-day meeting that still needs a photographer on site at dawn.
