How a session usually runs
- Confirm location, backdrop, and headcount
- Set a per-person time slot once the lighting is up
- Photograph each person against a consistent background
- Deliver an edited select per person, with additional frames if the agreement includes them
Wardrobe and background should be decided before the first person sits down. Mixed jackets and mixed walls are what make a team page look unfinished.
Headshots during a conference
