Finding the perfect venue to host your event can be challenging. You want a place that is unique and interesting, maybe something historical or architecturally pleasing. But you also need adequate space and accessibility to meet your catering and technological needs. And then there’s the location and parking to consider. With so many variables, it’s hard to find something that meets all of your needs. But we have a place in mind that we think you’ll love as much as we do, right in the heart of Washington DC.
About this venue
Celebrating their 20th anniversary as an event venue, the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center has had quite a few years of experience to perfect their hosting skills. They have a prime spot on Pennsylvania Avenue, so your guests can explore the famous historical district before or after your event. They also have convenient catering, excellent service, and endless resources to make your event even better than you could have imagined.
Whether you’re hosting a fundraising gala, executive board meeting, or corporate holiday party, they have experience with it all (and more)! They have fourteen versatile event spaces available depending on your presentation needs. Host a guest lecturer in the Atrium Ballroom, have a concert in the Amphitheater, hold a memorable company anniversary celebration in the Rotunda, or introduce your organization with a cocktail evening in the Woodrow Wilson Plaza. As the largest structure in DC (3.1 million square feet!) there’s a spot for any number of guests.
As far as photography goes, our team at Event Photojournalism has the experience and expertise at this venue to showcase your event at the Ronald Reagan Building in photojournalistic style.
