Conference photography is priced from the agenda, not from a flat “conference package.” A single-track briefing in McLean and a three-day association meeting at the Convention Center are not the same assignment. The accurate fee depends on hours, rooms, staffing, and when you need files.

- Plenary only, or plenary plus breakouts
- One photographer or two
- Exhibit hall or registration coverage
- An evening reception or gala on the same contract
- Rush highlights for attendee or press recaps
- More than one venue
Concurrent sessions are the detail most often left out—and the one that most often doubles staffing.
